WE ALWAYS GIVE BACK

Giving back is the foundation that drives our passionate people.

Just as we value our dedication to serving clients, we cherish opportunities to serve the communities in which we do business, and we’re ever thankful that our clients overwhelmingly share our passion for giving back to their local cities.

We donate a portion from every property we sell — everywhere we sell — to give back to the communities we sell within, helping to feed over 100,000 community members per year.

Investing in People

While we evaluate retail CRE assets based on sales strength & goods sold within these investments, we recognize the strength of the local communities is a key factor to driving success.

By investing in people within local communities, we are able to provide aid to struggling families, and we are also able to contribute to the success of key customers for our clients.

Colliers partners with trusted community Food Banks & other Charitable Organizations that focus on feeding and providing key goods to community members in need.

TRUSTED PARTNERS

According to Feeding America, 1 in 6 (or 16 million) children in America struggle with hunger.  These children may not know where their next meal is coming from and ultimately suffer from disadvantages in school & personal relationships, along with physical & cognitive development.

CoreGiving believes it is unacceptable for any child to go hungry.  Each year, they have committed to donating $200,000, volunteering 8 hours per employee, and donating 750,000 pounds of food.  CoreGiving's Dollars Hours Pounds program aims to fight hunger one DOLLAR, one HOUR, and one POUND at a time.

Conscious Alliance feeds families in communities that need it most. Their network of creative people — artists, musicians, food makers, & fans — use their time and talents to make that happen.

Their alliance empowers young people to make a tangible difference in the lives of people in underserved communities.

College graduates with a bachelor’s degree typically earn 66% more than those with only a high school diploma and are far less likely to face unemployment.

The Edison Foundation helps kids get the best education possible through Scholarship Opportunities and Parent Education regarding planning for their child's secondary education.
