As a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Colliers International, Charley Simpson has advised clients in the disposition and acquisition of over 150 shopping centers across the Country totaling over $2.7 billion in consideration.

Mr. Simpson specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers with over 40% of his transactions having been grocery anchored shopping centers.

Over his 20-year career with CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International, Charley has finished in the Top 20 for Orange County in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2013, 2015, and 2017.

Charley has worked with a broad range of clients, from local private investors to national real estate companies, all with the same client focus of providing exceptional service and results.
