About Caitlin

As Vice President and co-partner of the Institutional Property organization, Caitlin specializes in the disposition of quality retail assets nation-wide. She has broken several national cap rate records in 2017 & 2018 including the record for lowest cap rate of a non-grocery anchored shopping center in San Diego county. Prior to joining the Colliers team, Caitlin quickly moved through the ranks in her three years at Matthews Real Estate to Senior Associate by utilizing her comprehensive knowledge, her ability to fully understand real estate, and her true passion for helping people. Caitlin has a unique ability to bring together a seller — in difficult transaction situations — with sophisticated buyers. This ability helps her deliver strong results and record-breaking pricing, despite a softening market, to both regional and institutional sellers.
